Data recovery Programs - Legality

Data recovery programs offered on this Site are designed for legal purposes and they are legal as long as you use them for legal purposes. Thus, you can use DiskInternals products provided that you are the legal owner of all files or data you are going to recover through the use of our software or have the right or permission from the legitimate owner to perform these acts. Any illegal use of our software will be solely your responsibility.

Accordingly, you affirm that you have the legal right to access all data, information, and files that have been hidden.

You further attest that the recovered data, passwords and/or files will not be used for any illegal purpose. Be aware that illicit password recovery and the data decryption of unauthorized or otherwise illegally obtained files may constitute theft or another wrongful action and may result in your civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Return Policy - General

DiskInternals software purchases are final and non-refundable. Please be sure you have successfully tested the evaluation version for your product before purchasing a license. For further information please refer to the DiskInternals End User License Agreement.

Return Policy - RAID and VMFS Recovery Software

DiskInternals has a strict return policy due to the nature of our products. If the software is unable to help with your case, remote access to case MUST be allowed to DiskInternals, and our engineers will work with your case. If the data is recovered, the owner of the software will be either able to keep the software and save recovered files, or refund can be made and the end-user will need to pay for the in-house recovery in order to receive the files. If DiskInternals is unable to recover the data, a full refund will be made.
